Broxton Homes offers over 40 years of combined experience in the residential construction industry.  Our management team provides the expertise to assist clients with their single and multi-family construction needs. 

Our goal is to provide clients with full-time project management from concept to completion.  Our clientele is the real estate investment community.  We work with individual, group or joint venture investors who want a management team with the industry savvy to make things happen.

 

 WHAT WE DO…

 

CONCEPT - Broxton works one on one with the investor group  to prove potential viability in the marketplace at the project concept stage, eliminating the guesswork.

DESIGN - Broxton will evaluate current project designs and specifications, or we can create project designs and specifications from concept.

COST ANALYSIS - Once a design has been established, Broxton will provide clients with reliable project costs from start to finish.

SITE MANAGEMENT - Broxton will manage all aspects of the construction process, from development application to commencement and completion.
